Universal Display Corporation Surges 10% On $50 Mln Repurchase Program

Universal Display Corporation (OLED), which enables energy-efficient displays and lighting with its UniversalPHOLED technology and materials, has approved a program to repurchase up to $50 million of the company’s outstanding shares of common stock from time to time over the next twelve months.

OLED was up 10% late in Thursday’s session.

Universal Display Corp is engaged in the research, development and commercialization of organic light emitting diode, or OLED, technologies and materials.
