Tourist ship capsizes on Yangtze in China

5 people have died and hundreds are missing after a cruise ship carrying 458 people overturned. A tourist ship sank on the Yangtze River in central China.

Five bodies had been recovered on Tuesday. The ship was submerged and turned upside down after capsizing during a cyclone at Jianli in Hubei province.
Teams of police worked to get small motorboats in the water to search for survivors in heavy rain. The boat was caught in a cyclone.

The vessel reportedly capsized around 9:30 p.m. Monday in the Damazhou waterway, where the river is roughly 50 feet deep.
