Qualcomm (QCOM) is buying the Israeli operations of CRS (CSRE) for about $45 million, Haaretz reported. Haaretz said the acquisition strengthens Qualcomm’s imaging technology capabilities, and includes wireless photo transfer to geo-tagging. CSR’s Israel’s 15-person team will move to Qualcomm’s Haifa offices, the newspaper said.

In afternoon trade, QCOM was up 0.62% to $79.69.
