Nepal earthquake Killed 2300 People – Powerful Aftershock Rocked

A powerful earthquake rocked Nepal on Saturday. Earthquake is the country’s worst in 80 years.

More than 2,300 people were killed in the worst earthquake in Nepal. 17 people have been killed on Mt Everest by avalanches.

The quake registered as a magnitude-7.8.  Over the past century, just four events of magnitude-6.0 or larger have occurred within about 150 miles of Saturday’s earthquake.

Many mountain roads are cracked or blocked by landslides.
