Boeing (BA) Says Q2 Deliveries Include 124 Next-Generation 737s

Boeing Company (BA) closed higher Thursday after the aerospace giant today said it delivered 181 commercial aircraft, including 124 next-generation 737s, for a year-to-date commercial-grade delivery tally of 342 aircraft.

Boeing said it delivered 4 F-15 and 12 F/A 18 jets, plus 4 Apache and 15 Chinook helicopters.

BA shares ended with a 0.7% advance today at $128.57 apiece.
