Tommy Chong has revealed he has rectal cancer. The Cheech & Chong star, 77, is undergoing treatment for rectal cancer.
Chong, who participated in Dancing With The Stars this past season and holds the title of the oldest contestant to make it to the semi-finals, tweeted the news himself.
Tommy tweeted “I have good news and bad news. First the bad news, the cancer came back and it is a real pain in the butt.”
Chong said he would report back on his progress on his Chong and Chong podcast. “Please wish me luck while I kick cancer’s behind,” he wrote.
“I’ve had some medical issues lately,” Chong told Us at the 826LA 10th anniversary party in Santa Monica, Calif. “I got diagnosed with rectal cancer.”
