Amira Nature Foods (ANFI) reported Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.47, better than the analyst consensus of $0.33 per share on Capital IQ. Revenue was $186.6 million, vs. expectations of $162.2 million.
For 2015, the company expects revenue and Adjusted EBITDA to increase by more than 20%. The company maintains its long term outlook for $1 billion in revenue and $150 million in Adjusted EBITDA as has been previously communicated to investors as part of its initial public offering. The outlook is based on current foreign exchange rates.
